Pérez Law, PC is seeking a motivated and career-focused 3L Law Clerk or Post-Bar Law Clerk to join our growing legal team in Southern California. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants meaningful, hands-on experience working on active cases and learning directly from experienced attorneys. For the right candidate, this position may provide a pathway to an Associate Attorney position following successful California Bar admission.
Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research, prepare legal memoranda, and handle other case-related research assignments
- Draft pleadings, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Assist attorneys with case preparation and legal strategy, including preparation for legal proceedings
- Review and analyze medical, employment, and other case records. Assist with discovery and document review
- Assist with client communications and case management, maintaining organized and accurate case files
- Work collaboratively with attorneys, case managers, and other members of the legal team
Qualifications
3L Law Clerk:
- Currently enrolled in an accredited law school and in the third year of law school
- Strong interest in practicing law in California
- Excellent legal research and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
Post-Bar Law Clerk:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- California Bar Examination completed and awaiting admission
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Interest in building a long-term career in California
Ideal Candidate

Compensation: $28–$35 per hour depending on qualifications, experience, and position level.
