Position Overview
We are seeking a Personal Injury Litigation Coordinator to act as a key liaison between our firm, clients, and external litigation counsel. This role involves coordinating litigation activities, managing client communications, and ensuring all discovery, filings, motions, and pleadings are handled efficiently in collaboration with our partner firms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact between Pérez Law and partner litigation firms.
  • Coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, trials, and settlement conferences.
  • Manage discovery process: organize, track, and follow up on interrogatories, requests for production, and subpoenas.
  • Draft, prepare, and file legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • File documents with the court and monitor filing deadlines.
  • Maintain organized digital case files with all litigation documents, correspondence, and updates.
  • Communicate with clients to provide updates and gather necessary information.
  • Liaise with opposing counsel, court personnel, medical providers, and experts as directed.
  • Assist in preparing litigation binders, trial exhibits, and settlement packages.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a law firm or legal support role (Personal Injury litigation experience highly preferred).
  • Knowledge of discovery process, court filings, motions, and pleadings.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple litigation timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with case management software (MerusCase preferred).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English strongly preferred.
  • Strong client service orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Compensation: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
