Pérez Law is a dynamic and client-focused law firm with a strong presence in Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury. We are committed to ethical advocacy, exceptional service, and team-based success. Pérez Law, PC is seeking a Post-Bar Law Clerk to support our Workers’ Compensation team. This is a paid position designed for recent law school graduates who are awaiting California Bar results or preparing for an upcoming exam. The role offers hands-on legal training, client contact, and the opportunity to transition into an Attorney position once licensed.
Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with hearings, depositions, trials, and settlements.
- Draft legal documents, correspondence, and discovery under supervision.
- Review medical and legal records to support case strategy.
- Communicate with clients, insurance companies, and medical providers.
- Support case managers and legal assistants with case-related tasks.
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Completed or preparing to take the California Bar Exam.
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage deadlines.
- Interest in litigation and advocacy.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Compensation: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
